Wednesday p.m.
Hello everyone:
I was DX'ed in 1987.  I tried to continue working another 5 years.  But I could not do it anymore.
So I applied for SS disability.  I submitted ap on my own, and was approved on my first try.  I have been told I am very lucky.  VERY lucky.
On my Google homepage yesterday, there was an article about how SS appeals are now 450 days apart from original hearing.
Wow.  I guess I am REALLY, REALLY lucky.

Wow John, you were very fortunate.

I was too, if I had been diagnosed with MS two months earlier, I wouldn't have qualified for long term disability through my work.  It would have been considered a pre-existing condition.  Some things were meant to be!

We deserve some breaks.

Dear Shar:
You are darn right we deserve it!!!
You know, I do not want to pontificate, but what gets me goin' is the people whose disability is by there own doing (bad  habits, no care of own health, even bad diets!!!
O.k.---I'll get off my lecturn now!!!
