Zoe,

Bless your heart. The hardest thing for me has been the fact that I don't know what is going on. Just remember as far as your brother goes, you can only do what you feel is right. He is a grown man who made his own decisions and will continue to make his own decisions, probably all the wrong ones. I hope they are able to give you a clear diagnosis soon, you will be in my prayers

ohhhh my neuro's secretary cindy called me just now and that my lyme test came back negative-- it was not the elisa or the western blot it was a dna test called pc something or another-- we are still gonna do the tests from the california lab but i guess my ms test was positive-- i thought there was no test for ms-- very confused but doctor seems pretty confident now that it is ms although he is still willing to do the cali test-- i am not sure what i wanted here--

Zoe, did your doctor do a lumbar puncture? And you've had MRIs?

yes and yes--- tons of mri's -- with lots of lesions but small ones-- but apparently you can have all these things present with lyme- and like i said he explained to me that there is no real test that is cut and dry for ms-- i am glad he is open to looking at any possible things so i end up treating the right thing-- whatever it is i will handle it--
