1.  I don't know why this is happening...but I'll not do anything to my computer but leave this site, and then try to come back (either later in the day or the next day) -- and have to sign in all over again.  I don't delete cookies, or change passwords, or otherwise mess with anything..but can't seem to stay logged in.
 
2.  I'll reply to one post, go to another, read it, and try to reply -- and the automated "spam filter" won't let me. I'll have to leave the site and then come back -- and have to log in again -- before I can reply to the post.  A small hassle, but still, I don't think it's supposed to work that way?

Hey Uppitycats

Admin changed servers recently and is having a few probs with the spam filter. It seems there is a 'switch' that's supposed to be a one time thing, but won't seem to stay switched in the server software. Once that's resolved the spam filter issue should also be resolved. As for the logging off issue, i'd suspect it's also due to the new server. I'm sorry...i know it's really frustrating, but hopefully this will be fixed soon. I will let admin know what's going on tho. Thanks for u'r help friend.

The server shouldn't be the issue with you not being logged in. I haven't heard reports by others of this. Have you tried a different browser?
It is likely some other software that is blocking cookies (ie. firewall or virus software).

Thanks, Peter...I did a thorough cleaning of my cookies, temp files, etc., a disk clean and disk defrag...and it seems to be working OK now. So it was on my end, I guess.  Just strange that this seemed to be the only site where I was having trouble.  Anyway...whatever it was, it's gone for now.  :)
