I got my sample flextend barrier from Hollister today.  Now, how does it work? Do I cut to size then put it on, then attach the barrier for my two piece (I don't have any onepieces left) on top? So it's basically two barriers? Does tha make sense? Why would I wear TWO barriers? Or am I confused? HELP!

Hi sfgiantsjo-Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question. I was just wondering how your skin was doing and if there's been any improvement since we last spoke.

I think this is a barrier that goes UNDER your wafer. You are suppose to cut this wafer to your stoma size and then apply your wafer on top. You may want to contact Hollister to ensure that I am correct. These barriers are mega expensive so you do not want to waste them. I tried the barrier but it irritated my skin terribily. I had to rip it off after a day. Then again, I am not sure that I used it correctly. Also, I cut my barrier in half because it was too big for me.

I hope this helps.
