well i had my subtotal colectomy in june and was healing so i thought. and then on the 5th of October i had to go in for an emergency surgery . i had a whole in my small intestine and then i had a overian cyst that was very large and burst. so i was in there a week. I am so discouraged because the doctor said he doesnt know why it happened or how it happened.(the whole in my bowel) so he cant say it wont happen again............. the surgery was so awful................... thought i was goign to die. to be cut all open again. with in 3 months time. i have a 8 to 9 inch incission now. this just really is upsetting.  I am Praying that is doesnt happen again.  anyone else have this happen and did it happen more then once................... mad

I am so sorry you had to go through all of that!! You are in my thoughts and prayers, too. If the doctor finds out the cause of the hole in your small intestine, let us know. Keep the faith!!

I just wanted to pop in and tell you that we are all wishing you well. I haven't logged on in several days or I would have sent you a ((hug)) before now. Keep your chin up - things will get better for you... Keep us updated on how you are doing, okay?
