ways to help ostomies (wafers) last longer

this is what I do.
I take the old one off and get a new one, I put paste around the wafer opening where the stoma goes through, then I spray the wafer with medical adhesive spray and then I also spray my skin where the wafer goes, I wait until it gets sticky and then put the wafer on, I hold it there for a few minutes to make sure it sticks well. My wafer last for about a week maybe a few days longer.

This medical adhesive spray, can that be order with ostomy supplies or is that something that can be brought at drug store?

I order mine the same place as my ostomy supplies. It works very well!

I called in for my supplies today and I asked for medical adhesive spray, the person didn't know what I was talking about. Will you let me know the exact name this spay is called and who makes it? Thanks

Medical Adhesive. I think its made by Hollister

It could be at a medical supply store
