Hello again everyone.  I hope you are all doing well out there.  I really hope that you can help me out.
I have some questions about K pouches, BCIR, and J pouches.  A little history of me... I have Crohn's disease with a cronic rectal stricture.  I already know that the rectal issues would rule me out as a candidate for the J Pouch.
But what about the others?  Is there a reason that Crohnies don't qualify for either of the other types of pouches?
Please help.

i'm not positive but since they use the small intestine also, i would think that it would be for the same reason as the jpouch.
