I'm so excited and wanted to share my good news with you all. I got a job today as an Admin Assistant at a church on the beach! I'll be working Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., which is perfect for me, since I've always wanted to work a 4 day work week.

I've worked as a church Admin Assistant for the last 10 years and lost my job due to a church split. I've been job hunting since November and am happy to have finally found the right job for me! :-)

I'm in Fort Myers, and the weather has been beautiful. In fact, my hubby is playing hookie from work tomorrow, so we can spend the day at the beach. wink

Cece

Peggy got me back.  I have missed a lot of people, but I have had some real problems.  On a routine visit to the hospital because of extreme tremors.  I collaped and spent a few onths in a nursing home .  After a lot of PT, I am nearly well again.  I still have not been able to do much fly rod work, but soon.  Congratulations on your new job.

I like my new job. I'm working as a church secretary 4 days a week from 9-3, which is exactly what I was looking for. The people are really nice, too. I feel very blessed to have gotten a job at a time when so many are getting laid off.

Welcome back, Ralph! I'm sorry you've had so many health problems, but am glad you pulled through. :-)
