You mentioned going back to work on the 18th--- Thinking about you

How is it going? I hope you take it easy. The first week back can be really tiring.

Hi JAckie

Thanks for asking after me. I went back on monday this week. I had to go to a meeting with the ocupational health nurse who has planned out a phase return to work for me. Doing afternoons only for 2 weeks, then 3 full days on week 3, and then back to full time on week 4. I thought the nurse was over reacting but after 2 days I can se what she means. I am SSOOOOOO tired!!

I am going through a bit of a tricky time as I feel so completly out of everything thats going on in the office but I guess that will just get better the more I am back.

How are you getting on?

I have this website open throughout the day while I am in work!

I felt out of the loop when I came back to work too. So much had happened and decisions had been made in my stead. You will get the hang of it and the schedule the nurse arranged for you help you to ease into things.

This week ( my third week back) I am starting to feel back in the loop somewhat.
The good thing is that my boss can't blame the bad decisions on me!
