This cracked me up today and made me feel really good.

I went to the dr in huntersville and then i went to the area where my GI dr is.  Well there is this resturant, it's called Jason's Deli, next to it, and i LOVE their sandwiches.  Well i used to only be able to get them take them home and eat them.  OR i could eat just the insides.  I remeber sitting outside the GI dr one time and eating just the ham and cheese and being so sad that it wasn't a real sandwich!
But anyway, i looked at the dr office and i thought, HA i dont have to go there anymore!  And then i went in and got a sandwich, just the way i like it, and ate it in the car on the way home!

Woo hoo! Isn't it great to be disease-free and healthy again? I ate steak and chicken fajitas for dinner at Chili's tonight and feel great right now. It's amazing after what we went through.

We have Jason's Deli here, too, and they do have really good sandwiches.

It does feel good, doesn't it?!

I have a sandwich story from today as well!  I got a ham sandwich from Subway and took it to class with me.  I've had a super hectic past few days with work, so I really didn't a chance to eat before class, and I hadn't ate since 11am.  So, we have a break in class and I have my sandwich...it sounded SO good.  I knew I would be pushing the limits with Penelope being loud and obnoxious, but I was stubborn and hate half my sandwich.  Within five minutes the gurgling started.  My teacher was reading us a children's book about friendship and utilizing it in therapy with children, so we were all gathered around a group of preschoolers...it was quite interesting actually.  Well, of course the room is quiet and all we hear is our teacher's soft voice reading a fun little book and...THERE SHE BLOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Holy Hell!!!!  The sound was so loud, so ridiculously confusing, as some wasn't sure if it was a fart or stomach gurgle, and the lady sitting next to me was scared and her expression cracked me up!  For the next 15 minutes Penelope continued with her sassiness and the girls around me were chuckling.  I haven't really disclosed that I have Penelope, only one person knows and she's supportive.  I don't have a problem telling people, but I have a feeling I may need to explain the tummy toots at some point!

Jasons deli has this new thing, called the slim sandwich, which is a half sandwich only with half the meat, BUT it costs the same as a half sandwich! now how stupid is that? and why would you pay the same for half as much?

Yeah, I just reread my post...I left out the word 'like'.  We sat around 'like' a group of preschoolers!  That's what I get for watching TV, posting, and having a conversation with my husband.
