Cramps really bad (2 months out from a subtotal colectomy)

I woke up this morning with really bad cramps in my stomache. I had a subtotal colectomy April 4th, and was wondering if this is normal. I had 3 bm's yesterday, and didn't eat anything last night. I have not eaten anything this morning, and the cramps are pretty uncomfortable.
 
Any thoughts?

did you eat something yesterday that could have caused a blockage? i have a perm ileo so i dont know much about what you have. Or maybe its bad gas?

I found out that it was a combination of really bad gas and something I ate. But interesting enough I also found that it also had something to do with taking a laxative too often. But feeling better
