I was supposed to be going in tomorrow for my takedown, but yesterday I woke up with a cold! I had a sore throat, sinus pressure, and a nose that was either stuffed or constantly running. I called my surgeon and he told me that even a sore throat was enough to make him postpone an operation.

I know it's better to wait and avoid all of the complications that could arise from being sick, but talk about frustrating! At least I only have to wait two weeks.

Anyone else have to postpone a surgery for reasons outside of their control?
