So I know you guys were talking about body wash and being careful but what about bubble bath? Will that have an effect on the bag staying on?

Also I am having a sore on the inside of my left side. I am walking lots, 1 1/2 hours per day. I am really tired at the end but was fine until yesterday when I got this pain on my side. Did I pull something? My stomach is hurting too when I eat. It feels so shrunk or something. Trying to get all the liquids in is really hard.

I don't do bubble baths, so someone else will have to answer that one!!

Are you sweating a lot while you walk? Are you running a fever or vomiting? I cannot remember how long ago your surgery was**, could you be overdoing it? Take a day to rest and see how your body responds...but remember, if thing get worse, call your doc!

**just read your other post...you just got home from your surgery four days ago, right? I'd take it easy, you did just have MAJOR surgery! Walking is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but take it easy so your body can HEAL first:) Keep us posted on your status!

yeah take it easy so far! you are healing, you will have all kinds of weird pains and such for the next few months.
As for the bubble bath i would say it might have an effect, what you could do is save your bubble bath for change day

I've never had any issues with bubble bath...of course I don't use anything fancy--just Mr. Bubbles.

I took a bubble bath with my baby and we just used the baby soap. It did affect my bag. I got a leak.
BUT that was b4 I started using sure seals and covex wafers.
I haven't tried it since, but I wouldn't think twice.
