hemmorhoids, bumps around my illeostomy stoma

Hi: I have what appear to be hemmorhoids, bumps around my illeostomy stoma. right where the paste typically covers (right at the spot of the skin and where the stoma protrudes) I am going to remove my bag to show my doc this week, who previously said i will be sent to dermatologist.. Any advise on the treatment, and if they really are heemies as the appear to have cauliflauer- like appearance although very small on each hemmie , ty.

Are they whitish in appearance? If so, they might be granulomas. They're common enough and just bits of excess skin that appear as little bumps. Speak to your surgeon or ostomy nurse who will probably burn them off with a silver nitrate stick if they are.
