i dont knwo where you are planning on using it,but it took my wafer right off, and then didnt work anyway! And the Veet was even worse!!!
However the time i used it with the sure seal on i had no problem.
And also they make this stuff its from bikini zone and its blue, its shaving gel, and with the sure seal on i had no problem, and ive never had had problem with shaving cream of anykind, however i used that stuff and the bottom peeled right off!!!

remicade for two years, worked OK but got married and was told it could cause birth defects so I quit feb 08. my wife reminded me that i still had D most of the time while on remicade.
ALWAYS sick with something either mild or serious, all related to UC and the medication
Wanted to start a family Jan 09 so dr stopped 6mp, wife got preg in may so I am back on 6mp also lialda and 20 mg pred

we will have our new baby January 25, 2010 :)

1st stepj pouch surgery is scheulded for sept 11, 2009! soon i will be med-free! Will have part two around November 11 if all goes well, dr said I will stay home from work for three months, oh and I'm getting laid off, last day of work is march 26, 2010, just enough time...

nascarron-thats not actually where i use it and i thought he was talking about a different area also, lol.
I dont know how it would do aroudn the area but i bet it would irriate the skin on the stoma if it got on there.

well i was thinking about using it on my chest btw lol. i usually shave it all off, just thought i might give this a try instead. but if it effects wafer....yikes, I'll stay away. I read some other reviews on it and apparently not such a great product, period. waxing recommended...unsure I want to try that tho :-O

I really think waxing would be the best way and would'nt need to be done as often. Thankfully I dont have to worry about hair around the stoma since I am female but have used both veet and nair on my legs and find they both work well but as far as putting it anywhere near my stoma goes I would not take that chance cause as summer said it would hurt a lot if it got on that area. So come on guys get tough and wax it off lol
