Could this just be a tummy bug?

Hi everyone, for the last two days i have had really watery output i haven't eaten anything out of my ordinary diet when this normally happens (occasionally) i eat the recommended things peanut butter,marshmellows, ect, as well as taking immodium, but their doing nothing these 2 days i also feel nausea but no pain. I work in a school with 600 pupils so the ideal place to come down with something!!!!!! not quite sure if its a bug what do you think? any advise appreciated thanks Bev x
Diagnosed with crohn's at 13 now 42
resection, right hemi 1993 In remmision from 93 till last sept with no meds or docs
2 resections small bowel  and fistula jan 09 and given temp stoma.  reversal 1st week of Jan. Meds:Pentasa 500mg 3x day,  B12 shots, every 3 months, iron syrup,loperimide,folic acid,  citalopram 60mg (for Anxiety.)

Bev,
Did you check to see if you are running a low grade fever? And, yes, it very well could be a bug. Sometimes, it is hard for us to determine if it is a food, or a bug, isn't it? When that happens to me, about once a year or every couple of years, my GI has me take a round of Flagyl, works everytime for me.

Hi thanks for your replies well i ended up in hospital on thursday night had burns across my stomach and unable to get a bag to stick finally left ther at 5 in the morning duty surgeon that saw me said i shouldn't be suffering and is going to speak to my surgeon about getting the reversal done within the next few weeks. I can't wait im sick of this crap! thanks again guy's for your support. Bev x
