Hey all,

So, I was reconnected in early November and I am still having quite a bit of pain from right under my ribs down to my pelvic bone. I am having loud noises and lots of gas too. Most of the time when I stand up I get light headed and it gets kind of dark.

I tried to see if there was a gluten intolerance but it doesn't appear so. Some things make me go a lot and some times it is tolerable.

Any advice to stop the room from spinning when I stand up. Any way to give me more energy, and anything to make the pain go away?

I should say I am taking a prenatal vitamin so it has a lot of the vitamins we may need.

Holler at me.

This is not normal. Have you checked your blood pressure? It also could be dehydration. Are you drinking lots of fluids and not just water? Are you taking probiotics?

I did start eating yogurt after a year of not. My lips are kind of crusty so I guess I should be drinking more water and fluids. I'm going to try and do some home remedies before going to the doctor. I don't want them to think I'm "high maintenance"...

My blood pressure is usually low but not dangerous. And even my pulse is usually slower than the average person too...
