my tummy has been hurting for 3 days now. Pretty bad. I was doubled over yesterday. I have a little bit of nausea, but no D.

I've been doing some running (have my first race in April!) and on Mon., i also did some crunches. I did more than i usually do. Tues., I had bad sore stomach muscles and then Tues. p.m., that's when the nausea started, but the abdominal pain didn't get bad until yesterday. Thought about going to hosp. last night, but didn't. Today the pain is a bit better (I can move) but if i push on my belly it hurts. It's so sensitive. I can't even bend over the crib without cringing. And it doesn't feel muscular at all. Also, if i bend down or feel the intestine 'flip' around, it hurts. Again, it's not the muscles that are hurting anymore.

My husband thinks whenever i start running regularly, i complain of a stomach ache. and my upper body gets really stiff (back and ribs area)

Lefty looks good. but he's wondering why i keep uncovering him to peek at him.

The thing is, i am so sensitive when i get abdominal pain b/c of that dern blood clot. it scares me.

any body have any thoughts?
does anything like that happen to anyone else when they exercise.

I'm gonna say you probably over did it...do you have any output?

Take it easy for a day or two and see if things get better. Do you have a food/drink that moves things a long quicker than normal to rule out a partial blockage? As long as you have output I think you'll be okay but given your history call the doc and get their opinion.

I do know that Chassity is feeling better! Yay!!  But I don't know if they've found the cause of her discomfort.

Chassity, I hope the remainder of your stay is informative and restful!
