Hello,  I was just wondering if you have bm's every day or do you sometimes go a day with out a bowel movement?  I ate chinese last night, and a bit more tonight and I have not gone poooooooooo  so I am getting worried, probably for nothing but I usually go this time of the night?

Leslie,

Any luck yet?? As I told you before, I started not going much after a few months, but I never missed a day. My problem was the stool would get to the rectum and stick. I couldn't get it out. I wouldn't worry about not going if you feel ok. I never cared how often I went, I just wanted to feel good.

I know of at least 2 people who used to post who didn't go every day; usually every other day, which is unusual but not unheard of. As long as you're not uncomfortable I wouldn't be worried about missing a day.

Keep us posted:)

Just curious, when you do go every day, is it just a little at a time? That's how i still am, even after a year.

yes I went bm... sometimes its a little but its always followed by a lot and usuall in the evening around 5 till 9 then eveything is good.  I empty out.  So I just got freaked because of the chinese food and the chicken was in batter and deep fried, fat, fat, fat, so I thought it might give me trouble, but i was wrong.

So all is good and thanks for helping.
