I had my ileostomy reversal 5 weeks ago and up until now everything has been fine.  Last week I started to get a lot of pressure in the abdomen and my bowel movements started to increase from 4-6 times/day to about 6-10/day.  So, I contacted my doctor and he placed me on a drug called lomotil to help reduce the amount of times I move my bowels, but my stomach pains are getting worse, it nothing but pressure from my abdomen to my bottom.  Has anyone else experience this?  Should I be worried?

Hi Will,
Sorry to hear your having trouble. I'm afraid I can't offer you any advise or experiences, but I hope you feel better real soon. Be thinking of you.
