my tummy is finally not so sore from the surgery so i thought i'd try one out today.  does anyone else use one of these?  is there any good reason i SHOULDN'T use one?  i noticed by making it fairly tight that it pulled the bag closer to my body which will help hide the bag so that's good.  if i make it too tight is there a chance of tearing the flange apart?

Hey Matt I use a belt with my wafer and it helps the wafer stay on longer for me anyway. I have used the belt for about 5 1/2 months now .I got used to it. nobody can even tell. And I never had problems with the wafer taring either. Good luck to you.
