Here is one of many articles:

Vitamin B17 is an alternative treatment method for cancer patients. There are a number of theories that attempt to explain how B17 works as an anticancer therapy. However, a majority of the clinical tests that have been conducted indicate B17 is not effective for treating cancer. In fact, the chemical has been banned across the United States and Europe because it contains the poisonous compound cyanide.

Thanks Steve:

I 'm sure that we are all searching for the magic bullet to fight this lousy disease, if only it were so simple as taking a pill.

Looks like some really nasty stuff with no apparent redeeming values.

There is no vitamin B-17. This is a name some give to laetrile, a discredited cancer treatment from the 1960's. The toxicity issue is cyanide toxicity. Here is a link from Quackwatch:

Can we get the Soprano's to go pay a visit to people who publish the bogus reports?

What is really scary a google search on Vitamin B17 Prostate Cancer - turns up a number of positive "reports" from what appears to be credible websites.

Be very careful out there brothers!
