Coffee - good subject. You know our systems are all different - we have to try and if you think coffee is bothering you - cut it out a while and you will find out. The withdrawal can be terrible. I told my NP I was having 1 to 2 cups of Folgers with coffee creamer every morning and Splenda. She gave me that "look" and said - moderation!! (and see how I feel). When really bad (because I have IBS) I stick with peppermint tea first and then if all goes well - maybe one cup of coffee to avoid the headaches!! I love a caramel latte anytime and take that chance when I can but not more than every two weeks or so.
