I finally sucked it up and started taking the cipro for my suspected flare. I've been in the bathroom 6 times today and I've only been up 3 hours. No D but cramps and 6 times is a lot so I figured I'd take the dive.
Since cipro is an antibiotic, do I need to worry about taking a probiotic with it? I do take probiotics when I'm on z-pack and other antis like that but does this count?

I figure most responses I'll get will be yes. That just means I gotta find some time I get to the store between classes, work and studying!

Be sure to take the probiotic either 2 hours before Cipro or 4 hours afterwards or they won't be effective.
