So I'm totally paranoid about H1N1 because it's spreading rapidly around campus. I'm thinking about taking vitamin C supplements, but I'm a little confused...Vitamin C boosts the immune system, but Remicade weakens the immune system. But I know Remicade only targets a specific part of the immune system. So is it still okay to take vitamin C?
