Anyone use the Trader Joes Psyllium-

the label says " Blonde Psyllium Seed Husks"

I am thinking about trying this for my daughter or can you recommend a better brand?

I've tried various store brands but eventually come back to the Metamucil because it's more consistent in texture and flavor.
Trader Joe's stuff is good, though, so you could try it, especially if it's a lot cheaper than Metamucil...

You can order the seed, which is what you want (not the husks) from wild mountain rose herbs. Get the powder if you can.

Right. My point was that Trader Joe's "Seed Husks" sound to me like "Husks."

I ordered seed powder from someplace online... bulkherbstore.com; it seems fine ....I'de never had it before, so I have no basis for comparison. I'm taking 1 1/2 heaping teaspoons of Metamucil a day and one of seed powder. I hate to say it out loud (me? superstitious?? lol) but..... I'm doing well.
