has anyone read about any new types of drugs that are on the horizon for UC? Im interested in what is going to be on the market in the next few years?

There have been a some converstations latley about the German researcher Wolfgang Stremmel and his phosphatidyl choline delayed release pill that is in clinical trials. You can search for phosphatidyl choline or soy lecithin if you're interested.

I posted a thread a few weeks ago about an interesting article about a new stem cell treatment for UC that would be harvested from adult embryos that sounded pretty promising:

There is a new one that is in a trial already. MLN 0002 it is a spin off of Tysabri except it is suppose to just target the gut not the brain.
