So I purchased some electrolytes from Hammer nutrition, the type generally used for athletes, apparently due to loss primarily by sweating. They dont taste horrible, but not good. I havent been regular with them but Im wondering what Im losing by having more or less some form of D all the time, even in a relatively light flare.

I wonder if I were to be more regular with supplementation, if it would help to restore energy levels a bit?

Does anyone have any electrolyte stories?

Yes I take electrolytes every day with my water. I'm not sure how much it helps but my naturapath is adamant it will help my mineral upatke levels which are deficient due to UC.

This is the one I use MRI Elete, made in Utah

Thanks for the link! I'm sooooo sick of sports drinks and would rather not take electrolyte pills.
