I just eat it off a spoon, I don't mind the flavor, Reminds me of licorice. We always fed it to our horses for the purpose of darkening their coats and shine. Apparently it can reverse grey if premature greying is from copper deficiency. I have absolutely felt relief from PMS. The only reason I took half a teaspoon is to avoid D incase it might be too rich. My mood has improved, half way through the day and not a tear yet.. :)

1 tsp mixed into a cup of almond milk is yummy. It ought to be palatable to most. You could add cinnamon (Dr. Weil approved.)

1 tsp mixed with 2tbsp of peanut butter, on toast, was fine, but you may taste the 'bbq' flavor. I think I'll try almond butter later in the week.

If you mix it in water, drink it with a straw so that you're not tasting it to the point of disliking it.

Happy zzzs!

I'm not familiar with black strap molasses.  Is black treakle the same stuff? It's from sugar cane.

I'm not sure about treacle, but you have to get unsulfured blackstrap molasses. I get it from health food store.

i'm excited to take it again even if i don't like the taste. i didn't have a bm for over 13 hours today. that's awesome for me. i had so much energy, too, and none of my anemic headaches ( i get them every day).
