Lately my neck / throat has felt really tight and painful, and i can feel and see my carotid artery on my left side throb. It's really distracting. And i don't mean like when i put my fingers on it, ofcourse it's normal to feel pulse then but i can like even count my BPM without touching myself because i can feel my vein throb.

Does this mean it's gonna burst or something? :/ My neck muscles do feel a little tight, is it just possible they are so tight that it makes the pulse easy to feel?

Oh and i also sometimes have a burning feeling in the throat that's not heartburn but it feels kinda muscular?

In medicine, a person's pulse is the throbbing of their arteries.  Why your carotid artery is throbbing so strongly I do not know but this would be a good question for your Doctor.
Your burning sensation in your throat may be Reflux Disease and we have a great GERD forum if you want to check it out there.  Also mention this sx to your Doctor.

Kind Regards,
