Arteries too thin and small to place stents in

My young, and healthy husband with excellent lifestyle had chest pain last week. We did an angiogram, the doctors found 2 blocks
But were unable to place the stents in because his arteries are too thin or small or something.

They have asked us to do a CT angiogram to get a better view of the location of the block. Anyone have a similar experience.

We are terrified already and don't know what to do
