Hello everyone, i am new here.
I have the exact same symproms of all of you. The chest fluttering....sensations of light headedness with possible passing out...pain in my neck and a cold/numbing sensation going down my left arm...gas/bloating...etc...etc...
I was diagnosed with Acid reflux and hiatal hernia years ago from smoking. The damage from smoking to the muscle at the top of the stomach is common in smokers. The acid reflux will cause the esophogus to spasm and the hernia will compound th problem.
Eating too much at one time OR food high in oil will make the problem worse. Eating out at restaurants that use MSG to flavor enhance their food will make the problem really bad.
Sleep deprivation and stress of any kind will also make it worse. The sleep deprivation will cause a self induced stress as well.
I am battling with it now. I trade in the foreign exchange market and have a very unusual sleep pattern and ALL OF THIS came on at that exact time. I have not yet formulated my plan to deal with these symptoms or eliminate them yet. On one hand I need to make a living...and on the other...I dont like this feeling.
I have found the easiest way to solve these kinds of problems is to manifest a chnage in my behaviours. I cannot expect a pill to solve my problem but I must take control of myself to really make a difference.
I had briefly read before some speaking of meditation/yoga/relaxation techiques. These things work.
In our busy lives we become trapped in a conundrum of the double edged sword. We must continue but in doing so create problems for ourselves.
There is an must only explore it.
