Can you guys eat eggs?

I have 2 huge lists of what I can and can't eat.

Today I had two eggs (I made with them water) and some black pepper. That's it.

After I ate them, my postnasal drip immediately got worse.

However, I did sneeze 3 times before I ate them (probably because of the black pepper), so now I'm not sure if my PND got worse because of the pepper or the eggs.

How do eggs sit with you guys?

I have no issues with eggs, and eat them several times per week. If I had to guess, I'd say it's the black pepper.

I eat a couple of eggs per week, just one at a serving. I mix an egg with a crumbled up piece of whole wheat bread and a little skim milk. I cook it like a pancake. The yolk does have fat in it, could be too much for you.

I have no trouble with eggs although I don't eat very many.  Can you substitue another seasoning in place of pepper ?

i can eat eggs... i scramble two in a bowel after dumping one yoke...to lower fat content, and have one slice of gluten free bread

rarely any problems
