I have been trying almond milk and it helps me almost immediately. I have also notice that exercersing 4 days a week helps I am staying away from meds. I do agree with other people in this forum. It is hard to stay away from Prilosec I have done it for 2 weeks so far and it seems I am cotroling it pretty good sofar. However, I still don't understand, with all the scientific discoveries, there is got to be something or Lower sphincter exercises to strenght this important muscle.
