Hey guys, Milk for me causes worsening of the GERD symptoms, so whatch out, maybe use other types of yogurt if you cant digest milk well, and stay away from any hard to digest foods as these cause your stomach to make more acids. what I have found to help the most has been Chia seeds, they helped me turn the page from managing GERD to feeling great. I have also taken on eating slow, more fruits and veggies, less wheat and breads, eating on time and eating homemade meals. I am currently trying probiotics to see how they help me with putting on weight. I also highly recommend papaya and/ or a little pineaple like a small bite with each meal no more if you are having an attack since pineaple is a little acidic, but both of these fruits are digestive and help the healing process. strawberries are well taken too along with the chicken and rice diet you first start on when you first get diagnosed.
