Strange things have been happening to me lately, not sure if anyone else experiences this at all but...
I have been getting more gurgling sounds that are coming from the top of my stomach and the upper right abdomen area... I wanna say it's the gall bladder making this gurgling sound, but I don't know if it is exactly, however, it's coming from that area. When I do get gurgling sounds from my right side it's usually quick and it's than followed by pain in my stomach followed by my esophagus.

I also noticed that 3 hours after I eat I always get a nausea feeling. The nausea feeling is always correlated with some kind of liquid resting on the top of my stomach... I know this for a fact because if I take deep abdominal breaths when this is going on I can hear something move around at the top of my stomach right under my rib cage. I can feel it move from the bottom of my stomach to the top with each inhaled/exhale. this will also making a loud splashing noise. It seems like I drank too much water and it's splashing around in my stomach, but In most of the cases... like arising in the morning I'll get this along with nausea and I haven't had water for 9 hours.. When this pressure does break it causes a very loud gurgling sound in my esophagus, which is followed by heartburn, throat burn and sinus pain. It will usually repeat every 15 mins... gurgling sounds rise to the top of my stomach followed by nausea followed by a release of pressure...

It's like clock work... Every 3 hours after I eat until I fill my stomach again. Also, this occurs without burping

Stomach rumbling refers to the growling sound that is usually produced by the stomach. Such a sound is usually produced by the peristaltic movement of the bowel, or movement of gas within the digestive tract. Generally, the muscles of the bowel and small intestine contract in a wave-like manner, in order to move food and digestive juice through the gastrointestinal tract. Such muscle contraction in the stomach can cause the rumbling sound, especially when the stomach is empty. This is the reason why this kind of rumbling sound inside the stomach is often regarded as an indicator that the person is hungry.
Intestinal Gas is a  type of gas is produced by the bacteria residing in the stomach region. This happens in case of incomplete digestion of food, which can give the intestinal bacteria an opportunity to participate in the digestion and produce gas in the process. Therefore, rumbling of the stomach is mainly caused by the contractions of muscles of the intestinal tract, as well as movement of gas within the digestive system.
IBS also results in excessive cramping of the gut, and disordered bowel function.

If this is a concern for you I would suggest you see your GI physician to rule out any serious medical condition.
