had full nissen wrap on 6/23 2013. Food feels like it is coming up but doc said it is food trying to get in the stomach. he said my wrap is not to tight because water and food is going down. that is food that is left trying t get in. anyone ever had this experience.

Welcome to Healing Well.

Yes I have had this and a few others here too. Mine was from an incorrect nissen and resolved with a redo, but it can happen with a good wrap if something you ate has irritated it causing swelling. They can dilate it some, but it can make things worse.
Have you had a barium swallow lately to show what it is actually doing or did they do an EGD to see what was going on? If it was an EGD I would ask for a barium swallow since it shows in real time what is going on in there.
Food that sits above the wrap ferments and feels just like reflux. You could try drinking something warm after your meal to help the last bits of food through. Warm liquid helps relax the wrap a little, but it will tense back up after it cools down. It has worked for me in the past while there was still swelling after surgery.

Take care,
Bill
