For the past few days, I've had a really horrible pain in my left shoulder blade. It feels numb but also tingling at the same time. It feels like someone has stuck a pole through me. At first I thought I pulled my muscle but as it worsens, I'm starting to worry. I have shortness of breath and it hurts to lay down. I also have trouble breathing when I'm lying down. The only way to relieve some pain is to lean forward. I can't turn to my right without my left shoulder blade hurting. Does anyone know what this is? I think it might be Percarditis, but I'm not too sure. Please, if anyone knows what this might be, let me know. Thanks.

Hi Fever

Welcome to Healing Well

Im sorry you are having such pain. Have you contacted your doctor or local hospital?
Have you ever had gallbladder trouble? You can get shoulder tip pain with gallbladder problems but your symptoms could be anything and I am not a doctor.
You should go to your local hospital or doctor and get seen. I hope you feel better soon

Take care and let us know how you are

I agree with Victoria about contacting your doc.. It could be a varity of things.. Gallbladder, muscle, IBS and the list goes on.. This are just a few I have come in contact with that people have had similar symptoms.
Good Luck
