Vannie, I have facet arthropathy. Mine is likely from degeneration due to osteoarthritis. I'm older and this is becomes more common as we age. Mine has gotten better after i attended physical therapy and learned strengthening exercises for my abdominal muscles. This helped. The therapist also evaluated my posture and walking. Shew gave me recommendations to improve these and that helped. I make sure to do proper stretching each morning too.
