Overcoming of Knee pain

Which therapy would be the best one to overcome from knee pain caused due to Osteoarthritis?

Hi I would talk to a rheumy doctor they should be able to help with
the knee pain.
Hi, I am teddybearweiser,
I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease 1992 . I also have RA. Arthritis.

My Rheumy doctor has me on Enbrel for my Ra. As of 12/16/12

For things at home you need low impact exercise. When they hurt you need ibuprofen, elevate the knee, and to use heat and cold. Peronally, I don't use cold because it stiffens my knee up more.
As far as a specialist your doctor will probably have to refer you to either a rheumatologist or orthopeadic surgeon. It depends on your specific needs.
Nail patella syndrome, osteoarthritis, complex migraines, eosinophilic esophagitis, major depressive disorder, OCD, and fibromyalgia, IBS

Meds: flovent 220 mcg, flexeril 10 mg, zonisanide 100 mg, omeprazole 40 mg, Cymbalta 60 mg,dicyclomine 20 mg, elavil, 10 mg, Xanax prn, hydrocodone prn.
