Ok firstly use natural allergy treatments to compliment traditional treatment. The 2 can work together very nicely

Acupuncture For Allergies
Aromatherapy For Allergies
NAET for Allergies
Herbs
Yoga Poses For Allergies
ECT For Allergies
Homeopathy For Allergies

My favorite is ECT I find a few minutes of it really does relieve sinus pressure, don't be close minded give ECT a try its easy to do

Brett, you had one other previous post in which a moderator asked you to remove the link in your signature. I edited your post for the same thing since it violates our forum rules. If you continue to post with that in your signature, we will have no other alternative but to view you as a spammer and have you banned from HW.

Brett has a signature that has a link to a site that is selling products. We are riddled with spammers trying sneaky ways of trying to get us to buy their products. All forum rules apply to signatures as well. As a moderator it is up to us to discern who are spammers and who are not. Now if Brett comes back and convinces me (and/or other mods) that he/she is not a spammer, then I will let his/her membership stand but the link that advertises still has to go. I don't make the rules, just enforce them. These rules are in place for the security of our members. I hope that clears up things for you groovey :)
