hi my names danni and im allergic to

  • milk (all dairy)
  • egg
  • shellfish
  • lyrca
  • latex
  • penacillion
  • sun cream
  • moisturiser
  • make up

so i find some things quite hard as milk has many forms like milk protien, lactose etc and you find it in the stupidest of things like crips, chips. and i have also noticed more hand creams and other beauty prodects are starting to use milk protiens and i have VERY sensative skin anway i can now only use E45 cream even the baby things like johnsons effect me.

i also have asthma so i cant have the poweded inhalers like the turbo one as that has lactose in so im stuck with the spray kind. i have two inhalers both steriod based. my asthma was getting much better then i came down with phemonia and plucy and nearly got transfured to a bigger hospital as they were amazed that i was still breathing on my own. as it got really bad because i had goen to my gp on the friday and they said oh its just virus but the doctor who i saw on the sunday said i probally wouldn't have been there still if i had left it till the monday. i was in hospital for about 6 weeks cant remember much of the first 2 weeks as i was too ill and most of my levels were very low so i was on oxygen. have you ever smelt them masks they stink just thought i wouls share that bit with you.

but now two years later i just need my nebuliser sometimes and my inhalers and pshyio

Danni,

I have a long list of food allergies too.  The one I hate most is milk.  I can't stand to drink milk, couldn't even drink it as a child, but I do love ice cream.  Soy and MSG will hit me before I finish a meal in a restaurant.  I really read the ingredients at the grocery.

Gosh, you have to read ingredients on make-up and all those things that most of us take for granted.

I always use Tide Free to wash my clothes in and a scent free fabric softener sheet to dry them with.  I always find both of them at Walgreen's.

Good luck to you!
