Just joined this chat room and I am hoping someone will have a suggestion for me.  I am allergic to just about everything that is green or grows.  I have been on shots for two years and take all of the various prescribed medications and over the counter meds too.  Nothing is working for me.  I have been so miseable for the last few months I don't even want to go outside and don't have enough energy to hardly get out of bed.  I went to the dr. about a month ago and he reformulated my serum but I don't have a lot of confidence that is going to work.  Any at home remedies from anyone?

Welcome to HealingWell.

I'm sorry I'm not up to speed on in-home remedies other than making sure your home is as dust free as possible.  If you are staying in most of the time, maybe it could be something in your home.  Do you have carpet or hardwood floors?  Is it possible that there could be any mold growing anywhere.  Do you have a clean air machine, at least in your bedroom?

I am sure others will come along and think of other questions to ask you.

Take care!

Thanks for your reply.  I have a new home, so hopefully no mole.  I try to keep it as dust free as possible.  No carpets and no drapes in this house.  I am going to try wearing a mask and see if that helps.  I just retired and so far not enjoying it because I am sick all of the time.  Thanks again.

Would it be possible for you to have someone else to clean your house and you leave the house or sit outside while they clean?

I can not clean my house.  My allergist even gives me a statement for the IRS.  I also can not do yard work.  I never mowed or did the big stuff any way, but I used to enjoy planting flowers, now I'm down to watering what someone else has planted for me.  That even gets tough to get done when it gets real hot and humid.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Take care!
