for 4 or 5 months now I've been having this cough and flem all dAy, it affects my sleep, my asthma, etc

I've been goin back an forth to my doc- first it was the nose spray- made it a bit better but it never solved it, then the bottle was finished it came back- then after another month I went in again and she gave me another brand and tryed that, again a bit better, 4 months ago I coughed all day every day and now it's just every couple hours but the phlem is still really bad

Any ideas??

Do you have acid reflux? Sometimes it can affect your asthma. It's called silent GERD. My allergist says that's what's going on with me. My asthma was out of control until she sent me to a GERD doctor.
