I have Asthma and some days are a real struggle. I just don't feel well. I battled a bacterial infection and when to work with it. I felt really tired and weak. My question to everyone on here is how sick is too sick to work?

Management won't let you go home because of something called a scorecard. This is a bad idea because we make everybody else sick.

I know what you mean, I had to work when I had severe laryngitis one time and I'm a first grade teacher! For three days I couldn't say a sound. It was very difficult to work those days, but I had no fever, so I couldn't go home.
I've worked many days with asthma so bad that I was doing breathing treatments in front of the kids.
I usually have to stay home if I just cannot function.

That Bacterial infection was a real struggle. Especially with all of this N1H1 roaming around. I felt soo Weak. I gave it to another co-worker, She was placed on Anti Viral drugs as well as Antibiotics as well.

The worst part of this is that I had the ever popular FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS.

Wow! I'd stayed home if I felt like that.
