hey all, I have had asthma my entire life. I need to find a new way to be around pets at familys house for the holidays. The old albuterol inhalers with cfc's always allowed me to tolerate dogs for a few hours. The new inhalers with hfc's dont work. Anybody have any good ideas. Will a nebulizer treatment with xopenex give me releif to be around doggy for a while? I hate to drag along the old nebulizer and do treatments at grandmas house. Also get tired of telling people that cleaning the house doesnt work. Wish people would educate themselves and realize that i get to suffer while they have a good time. Every year is just the same thing. I got to spend 45 minutes at the family thanksgiving party today. It was too cold to hang outside. HELP

thx

I have allergies to animals, but I'm not as bad as you describe. You poor baby.
How about you host the party next time at your "clean" house and tell them no animals?
