I have allergis for years, went through testing two times and had allergy shots for at least 5 years after the testing. I stopped the first time for a year because they did not help, got tested again about 2 years later, same allergies plus more, went through the shots again for over 5 years with no help.

I am really having a bad time with pain in the jaw area, teeth and cheekbione , the jaw area and teeth only occur when i am laying down and the pain wakes me. After I am up for a bit I start with the pnd and this pain goes away but not the cheekbone soreness. I m getting a bit dizzy looking up or bending down. I know these are all part of sinus but does any one else get more pain when laying down. I have a lot of pnd on and off, just clear and thick.

I can't handle the allergy meds at all, the side effects are worse than the problem. I just bught a netti pot yesterday, used it 3 times and it does bring some mucous out but not much. Does anyone use one  and how often do you use it? How long does it take to get relief.

Seems everytime I start feeling better we get rain or snow.

I rarely get a sinus headache, sometimes some pressure in the forhead my probem is jaw and cheekbone. Any one have these symtoms?

Thanks, Linda

It sounds like you've got some type of infection going on in the sinus area. Go talk to your allergist about this mysterious pain. You may have to ask for an xray or something like that to see inside the area.
I kept getting sinus infections that never seemed to fully clear or take forever to clear. The doctor xrayed my sinuses and found out I had a extra sinus chamber with a small hole opening into the main one. The infection would build up into that area and had a hard time getting out.

I have had sinus problems but also have what I call the dizzies. There is a medicine for is called antivert. It is used for widespread feeling like the room is going around in circles dizzies.
