After some crazy running nose in past few weeks, now, the running nose is getting better. but my upper throat is sore so bad, especially after sleep. Sometime it sore for whole day, sometime goes away around noon.
I dont think it is because i use mouth to breath when i sleep. otherwise, it shouldnt last for whole day.

it is where the throat and nose connected,i am not sure if it is called upper throat. But every time i swallow it just hurt so bad. i tried use salt water to shot at the spot from my throat and flush it from my nose. but it doesnt help except feeling burning for couple mins and make it even worst.

any other suggestion i should try? thanks.

It sounds like a throat infection of some sort and you should be checked out by a doctor. I hope you feel better soon.
