A multivitamineral (cant give name on here)
EGCG Max Supplement ( equivelent of 10 cups of Green tea ) - This I highly recommend! PLus it would definintly help with allergies - Don't take at same time as food (interefers with absoprtion of certain vitamins/minerals)
Omega 3 supplement - Everyone should be getting n-3 but 90% of people are deficient, but omega 3 is now being introduced into foods like yogurts in small amounts.
Whether or not you believe simple things can help, you should give these things a try. When I had problems I think that I was going to be stuck with them for life! But with a bit of researching and understanding nutrition and supplements I overcome my problems.
I hope you try some new things and see what happens. Also, things don't improve over night, give it a few weeks atleast.
Your body and Brain NEEDS omega 3 for proper function, it's a very important fatty acid. You should be getting it in diet somehow regardless if you have problems or not :)
if you were to get flax seed oil or something that has omega 3 you should store it in a COLD DARK place to slow down oxidation which would be harmful.
