My eyes feel so tired and I just want to nap. My allergies have been bad as of lately with a lot of sneezing runny nose and headaches.

Allergies can cause sleepiness, for example if I eat something that my body does not like it will send me to sleep quite quickly, I think the key is to try to discover what is the cause, I have found it helps to keep a food diary.

Yes, asthma makes you tired and so do painful eyes. Make you want to close your eyes and the "labor of breathing" if you have asthma can be very tiring.
